I grew up the child of a sci fi author and a journalist. My parents were, and are great storytellers, and when it came time to choose what I wanted to do for a career, I chose to follow in their footsteps. I graduated from Otterbein University with a degree, not in photography, but in graphic design and writing. It was there that I became enamored by the concept of using images to tell a story. It wasn’t until I began my career that I also began to hone my skills as a photographer. First on the pavement doing photography in amusement parks across America, and then in studios photographing things like auto parts and high-end clothing, expensive jewelry, to today where I work with some of the top retailers in America to make their Private Label dreams a reality. When I’m designing or behind the camera, I feel like I’m doing what I’m meant to be doing, telling a story. Be it of a brand, a product, or a movement, I’m here to use my skills and my images to get those stories out there
